The second event of FIM Mini GP Alpe Adria Series 2022 took place at Slovakia Ring in Slovakia.
Program during Saturday contain qualifying sessions and race 1.
Pole position has been secured again by the Czech rider #7 Roman Durdis with 1’01”223 set on Q1 which means double pole in a row for him. Second time on the grid took Polish rider #96 Sebastian Stankiewicz 384 cents of the second behind the pole man with 1’01”607. Fynn Kratochwill closes the front row with the time of 1’01”939.
Race 1 spectacular start for Durdis Roman that took leadership from very first corner. With an impressive pace leaded race 1 until chequered flag to declare his victory. Behind him an exciting battle left all breathless. Fynn Kratochwil finished P2, the German overtook Stankiewicz Sebastian on the first lap and maintained the position up to the end. Polish rider tried in all ways to get back on his second position but he was happy at the end with 3rd position on the podium for race1.
Sunday program foreseen warm up and race 2.
Starting grid confirmed as in the race 1, and with an incredible start, Fynn Kratochwil takes the lead, ahead Jakub Stankiewicz and Roman Durdis, who started from pole position, on third. For the fun of the spectators, the trio rode in a wonderful way in a single group. In the first part of the race, also #22 Jindrich Skopek was close to the leading group. On the second part, Fynn took a little bit of margin while Roman crushed (rider ok) on the attempt to overtake Jakub Stankiewicz. Under the chequered flag the victory went to Fynn Kratochwil infront of Jakub Stankiewicz second and Jindrich Skopek third.
