UEM Albacete 2012

After a long qualification phase for the riders to get access to the final, the interest is growing for the final act of the Road Racing European Championship that will be held this Saturday and Sunday in the Spanish track of Albacete.
108 are the riders registered to the event in the three classes (125 GP-Moto 3, Supersport 600 cc and Superstock 1000 cc.). This is a further demonstration of the kind of attraction that this event is catalysing, in particular among those riders that aspire to demonstrate to be ready to move and compete to higher level categories with more challenging targets.
The riders, which are going to compete this weekend in the Albacete track, represent thus the best available today in European Road Racing and are likely to provide a top-notch show of the same level that this top-level event deserves.
23 will be the nations represented in Albacete, considering also the presence of an Argentinean rider who will compete with a Spanish licence.

Last AlpeAdriaRoadRacing event at Adria raceway will be held from 14till 16 September 2012 and on that race we will know champions of all classes.
125SP
At class 125SP Stefano Schillacci (ITA) must take only 2 points from 27 possible to win championship title. Michal Puskar (SVK) must take at least 26 points to win the title but in this case Stefano Schillacci must be out of the points.
Third place in championship keeps Renato Novosel (CRO) but he did not secure third spot on the price giving podium.Danilo Digiorgio (ITA) is seven points behind Novosel and the last race will decide all three positions on the podium in 2012 season for125SP class.

125GP
Adrian Gyutai (HUN) took championship title at Slovakiaring after five wins and one 2nd place in 2012 season. Barbora Jakubickova (SVK) is on 2nd place in the championship. She has an advantage of 17 points in front of Gergo Csany (HUN) on 3rd place. Theoretically, Gergo could take 2nd place from Barbora Jakubickova at the end of the season, but also he must look at Helmut Sommer (AUT) who is now on 4th place at championship classificiation and 14 points behind him.

Superstock600
In the class Superstock600 three riders could win championship title. Michal Prasek (CZE) has 132 points, Janos Chrobak (HUN) has 127 points and Luca Tommasini (ITA) has 126 points. In theory, also Patrik Vostarek (CZE) could take title. He has 106 points and if Prasek, Chrobak and Tommasini would not finish the race at Adria and Vostarek takes pole position, fastest lap on the race and race victory, he will become champion of the class.

Choy has a chance to win championship title only if he wins the race, he must also take pole position, fastest lap of the race and some of other riders must take second position at the final race of the season. Michal Drobny (CZE) and Marko Erceg (CRO) will fight for the final podium position of the season.
